There are two versions of NeatHeat Baseboard covers. The original 30/07 series cover many of the baseboard heaters commonly found in residential homes, and the taller 80/09 series which is for the higher output heaters found in both residential and commercial applications.

Carefully check each ‘How To Measure For NeatHeat’ guide below to determine which product is correct for your particular application. It is important that the measurements of your heaters fall within ALL FOUR parameters given in one of the two guides in order for your NeatHeat covers to fit correctly.

*** 30/07 (ORIGINAL) SERIES NEATHEAT COVERS FIT HEATERS THAT FALL WITHIN THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS:

A = The measurement from the wall to the front edge of the metal enclosure attached to the wall. This measurement must be 2” or less.

B = The measurement from the wall to the front edge of the heating element with the original face panel removed. This measurement must be 3” or less.

C = The measurement from the floor to the top of the original cover. This measurement must be 6 ¾” or greater; if not back plate must be raised.

D = The measurement from the bottom of the front cover (or bottom of the heating core if front cover is missing)to the top of the original cover. This measurement must be 6″ or less.

***80/09 (TALL) SERIES NEATHEAT COVERS FIT HEATERS THAT FALL WITHIN THE FOLLOWING PARAMETERS:

A = The measurement from the wall to the front edge of the metal enclosure attached to the wall. This measurement must be 2” or less.

B = The measurement from the wall to the front edge of the heating element with the original face panel removed. This measurement must be 3 1/4” or less.

C = The measurement from the floor to the top of the original cover. This measurement must be 7 ½” or greater; if not back plate must be raised.

D = The measurement from the bottom of the front cover (or bottom of the heating core if front cover is missing)to the top of the original cover. This measurement must be 6 ½″ to 7”.

*Important Note: When properly installed the tab at the top rear of the NeatHeat cover MUST engage fully behind the existing metal enclosure, i.e. the tab sits between the wall and metal enclosure. The end cap must similarly completely engage both the enclosure and the NeatHeat cover for proper fitment. See pictures below for more clarification.
